-If the in-stock items don't add up to the $85 limit, the shipment will incur normal shipping fee. For example if the order total is $100, with a break down of $50 pre-order items, $20 backorder items, and $30 in-stock items, the order will incur normal shipping charges.

-Order may be delayed to aggregate shipping of non-stock items, if and when the online shopping cart inventory may not accurately reflect the true inventory in our warehouse.

What is the shipping cost?

The cost of shipping is based on increments of 1 lb. rates with the United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS). 2 lb. is approximately 3 DVDs or 4 CDs. Our secure on-line system calculates the rate based on the UPS discount rates with Anime Castle. Anime Castle offers the following shipping level for Domestic Orders.

UPS Ground Service	1 - 5 days (Excluding Saturday & Sunday)
UPS 3 Day Select	1 - 3 days (Excluding Saturday & Sunday)
UPS 2nd Day Air	1 - 2 days (Excluding Saturday & Sunday)
UPS Next Day Air	1 day (Excluding Saturday & Sunday)
USPS Standard Mail	7 - 14 Days (Media Mail 4th Class)
USPS Priority Mail	3 - 5 Days (PO Box, PR, HI, Guam, Military)
USPS EMS	1 - 2 Days (PO Box, PR, HI, Guam, Military)

Note : Delivery to PO Box address and Military Base addresses might take 1 week longer and must be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail Service.

Also the following places will be shipped via UPS if the Express Option is choosen; Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Otherwise they will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insurance.

For International Orders Anime Castle only offers Express Mail Service through either UPS World Wide Express or USPS EMS, which usually require 1-2 days of shipping, excluding customs searches
