On June 1, 2003 Anime Castle decided to start a rewards program for all our loyal customers over the years. Granted we continue to offer great value with our automatic discounts off Manufacturer Suggested Retail Prices. But we at Anime Castle thought we could do something more. 

So we created the Anime Castle Points Reward Program. Basically for every $10 you spend at Anime Castle (not including S&H or tax) we will credit 1 point to your account. These points can be redeemed for future orders at 10 cents a point. It may not seem like a lot at first but they really do add up over time. So it really will help loyal customers save consistently on every order.

The points are non-transferable and are kept tracked by your customer ID number.

Absolutely not. There is no membership fee or annual fee. All you have to do is make one purchase at Anime Castle to create your customer record. Once we have your Customer Record in our system you begin earning Anime Castle Points.

Once your Customer Record is on file every time you spend $10 (before tax and not including Shipping and Handling) we will award you 1 point. It is really that easy.

Currently there is no way to track your accumulated points online. However, every time we ship out your order there will be a paper invoice included in the package. On the bottom of the invoice we will note how many points you earned from that order and how many points you have accumulated. If you place your order over the phone, just tell us you wish to redeem your points for the order. If the order is placed online, in the comment section just write you wish to redeem your points. If the order is a mail order, just write in the order form you wish to redeem your points. It is really that simple.

If your customer ID number changes, it means our system might have entered you as a new customer. This could be due to a number of reason, such as, if your personal information has changed. Just contact us via email or phone and tell us both your customer ID number and we will ensure that no points are lost.
