How do I use the secure on-line ordering system?

Find a product you want in our online catalog

You can use the search field located on our site to search our database for anime products you are interested in. If you cannot find it in our database contact us at info@animecastle.com. Or browse our site using the navagation bar above.

Step 2: Add the item into your on-line shopping basket

Click on either one of the order buttons:
to order items that have already been released
to order items that have a future release date. A great way to lock in the low prices now

Step 3: Checkout and Finalize your order on our secure system

  1. When you are ready to purchase the items you have selected click on the My Cart link located on the upper right side of the top navigation bar.
  2. Finalize your order with either Visa, MasterCard, or American Express

    When entering your credit card information, the information will pass over our state-of-the-art secure network for your protection. To further protect you, make sure the correct billing address is entered if the shipping address is different.

  3. An e-mail receipt will be sent to you.

    Once you are done purchasing the items you want an e-mail receipt will be sent to you. It will provide you with the item cost, the shipping cost, and a order number for tracking purposes.
