Pirotesse escapes, but it is 300 years before she can find a group of adventurers daring enough to enter the land of the were-beasts! Only when a new group of humans arrives in Crystania does Pirotesse find her champions. Now, a new quest is born: to recover the lost Fangs Of The Beast and banish the dark god back to the oblivion from which he came!

Well, this movie did not impress me much at all. Come on, how can you mess a up a spin off of a great series like Lodoss War? Here's a perfect example of how to. The animation is terrible, and the characters are cheesy. Even the characters that appear from Lodoss War are poorly animated and seem to be half retarted in the head. Fans of Lodoss should stay away from this series, it has disappointment written all over it.

This movie is a spin off of the Lodoss War series, even including some of the same characters. But the animation is terrible and the characters don't even resemble those found in Lodoss War. God you think that lord Ashram could at least remember the name of his female elf friend Pirotess, not Pirotessa... Anyway, stay away from this title at all costs, especially if you are a fan of Lodoss War.

This anime is a sure favorite if you've seen 'The Record of Lodoss Wars'. It is centered around a group of people which the main character, Redon, being the 'leader' of this unlikely group of heroes cross the 'Gods Wall' in an attempt to flee from attackers who have murdered Redons parents. The fight scenes are top notch as usual as well as the story line/plot. Cool effects such as spell casting and morphing into totem beasts are just a small amount of things that will confront you when you purchase this anime. Like before, if you are a serious fan of 'Record of Lodoss Wars' or if you like stories of fantasy and magic like a role player, you'll love the story which is the 'Legend of Crystania
