It's a DVD/Video. this is a good explaination to anime fans here in the USA of what cosplay is. the only thing is if you are bad at ready it's a little hard to read the subtiltes but they go slow. I liked it. Of course this DVD has a very boring menu but the commericals in the begining are Cute! so enjoy!
