Shiyori, a young lady trying to mend a broken heart after the end of a recent relationship, is off to the hot springs for a therapeutic soak. Aiko, one of her best friends, does what best friends do and keeps Shiyori company on the trip, a decision she will likely regret forever. The quiet country village turns out to be filled with psychopaths with leg fetishes whose greatest joy is to sever the objects of their desire away from the bodies they are attached to. The two friends are separated in their panic, and the cell phones that keep them conencted only serve to create more terror in an already disjointed situation.
