I thought that when I entered high school, my days of believing in aliens, time travelers and ESPers were going to be over. That is until she introduced herself. Claiming to be interested in only aliens, time travelers, and ESPers, Haruhi Suzumiya was the strangest girl I've met in a long time.. Before I knew what's going on, I've been dragged into her weird club, and it looks like I'm not the only one who has been drafted into this "SOS Brigade" of hers, because there are three other students who don't seem to be so ordinary themselves. Either way we've all found ourselves caught up in Haruhi's quest to search for all things extraordinary. And what's this I hear about us making a movie?

One of the most anticipated series of the year arrives to American territory. Haruhi Suzumiya is your typical perv-weirdo who's obsessed with everything that is paranormal and is not interested to spend her precious time with ordinary humans. The events of every day are narrated by Kyon the only male student that became Haruhi's pal. Determent to prove the impossible or possible Haruhi and Kyon create the S.O.S club, and all its members are as weird as Haruhi. Last year it was broadcast in japan and became a phenomenon like Pani Poni Dash, not that the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya is alike it, is because "Kyoto Animation" made this series a master piece, every character, every background, light and shadow effects are as detail as something you never see for an anime. For story, cleaver sense of humor, beautiful render backgrounds and music I'll describe it as not like eye candy but like eye protein. The only complain that I have is the third episode, it didn't show much comedy it was more like plot development, still you get to know the true identities of the S.O.S members. The DVD comes with 4 episodes: Episode 0 Episode 1 Episode 2 Episode 3 I recommend you to see episodes 1 through 3 first then episode 0.
