Awesome game, graphics are impersive. There are countless characters and each one has tons of moves. This game is very challenging also, but in a fun (not frusterating way). There are also many weapons that you aquire throughout the course of the game. I'd go so far to say that this game out does Super Smash Brothers. It also features link. You have to buy this game!!!

First off any one who grew up with nintendo should know that it has great graphics. Soul Calibur proved all haters wrong and all nintendo lovers right. The graphics, gameplay, and features makes the gamecube title a lot better. Its way better than the PS2 and XBOX versions. Link comes along way. Much more longer than Spawn and them. most people I know is sipping on that hater_ation please dont hate on the cube. Yeah it may be small and the discs may be small and the controller is big but that doesn't give any reason to hate. Besides the graphics and controller style is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better than XBOX and PS2 trust me I have all 3 systems. Haters that still dont believe buy the GCN version of Soul Calibur2 and youll be amazed. So buy, its well worth the pay.

I'm a girl that likes a good pick-up and play game, and this is one of them. It has over 200 wepons, cool fighters, and it just a hell of alot of fun. Oh, and needless to say Link is on this game, and that is always a plus.

This game is so cool it's much better than the dreamcast version ,except for me once you get really good at it you will start to think that it's really easy....Like now I can beat weapon master in about less than 2 hours.(it usually takes days!)

I'll keep it short. The gamecube controller sucks for fighting games, so you might want an arcade pad. It's good gun though I personally dont want it because it's to similar to the first for Dreamcast. If you don't have the DC game, then get it.

Soul Calibur II is the best 3d weapon fighting game this year and possibly for the next few years to come. The game has an insane amount of extra modes and features that will keep you hooked in even after you have beaten the game. Some of these features include, among others, art galleries, weapon demonstrations, character profiles (with sound bits and adjustable camera views), various modes of play, and exhibition theaters. If you thought the original game was complete in terms of gameplay and appearance, be ready to be amazed as you can unlock a multitude of new weapons and costumes. Personally, I have found the Game Cube version of Soul Calibur II to be the most appealing, both in terms of graphics and characters. The Game Cube visuals are superior to those in the arcade and rank above the Playstation 2 and Xbox versions. Also, Link is far more exciting to play than Heihachi or Spawn. If you like video games, fighting games, hot girls who kick but in sexy outfits, or any combination of the above, I don't see how you could find a better way to spend your money.
